Homes without access to the boiler (like apartment buildings), usually have radiator thermostats fitted on every radiator.
evanell° Smart Radiator Thermostats can be fitted on most thermostatic radiator valves to control the temperature in each room.
You’ll need the following evanell° devices:
• 1x Starter Kit – Smart Radiator Thermostat (includes Smart Radiator Thermostat and Gateway)
• Add-on – Smart Radiator Thermostats for every room
These heating systems can be controlled with one of the following setups:
1. Smart Radiator Thermostats are installed on all radiators in all commonly used rooms (recommended).
2. Smart Radiator Thermostats are installed on some radiators in the rooms
If not all radiators in a room are equipped with Smart Radiator Thermostats the remaining conventional ones have to be controlled manually, as before. We recommend that you set these to frost protection to allow evanell° to accurately heat the room.
