My Smart Radiator Thermostat can not be paired with Gateway. How can I fix this?

Your evanell° device will get back to manual temperature screen on the device and APP will indicate that there are not device was found and that there is searching time-ut if pairing fails during installation.

If you’re pairing a evanell° device to your Gateway, please try to pair again. The distance between the Internet Bridge and the device should be at least 3 meters.
1 Make sure pairing on the Gateway is activated indicated by the blinking pairing red LED and steady blue LED.
2 Press the left button on the Smart Radiator Thermostat for 5 seconds to start pairing again.
3 When pairing is successful, the APP will indicate that the device wass found, click OK on the APP to complete the installation.

If pairing is not successful even after multiple attempts,

You need to do pairing on RESET mode. You can check the details of RESET mode on the user manual last question FAQ section.
