There could be many reasons why the Gateway is not able to connect to the internet.
In most cases, this can be fixed by changing some settings on your router.
To find out what’s wrong and fix this issue, please take a look at the status LEDs on your Gateway.
If the Red LED on the Internet Bridge solid and the blue led is off, it indicates that the Gateway is connected to the internet.
A blinking red LED with a steady blue LED indicates that the device is in Pairing mode and this is independent of its internet connection state.
If there are other conditions on the gateway such as if both red and blue LEDs are blinking or only blue LED is blinking and red LED is off; please do the following steps
Long press the gateway button (5 seconds) and then press the gateway button once.
Please remembeer; in order to pair gateway with the internet the RED LED should be blinking fast and blue LED should be solid.
