When the internet connection is lost, you can control your heating via the user interface on the device. However, you won’t be able to control your heating remotely via the mobile or web app.
Changes made on the device interface during this time will only be applied in the app when the internet connection is restored.
All rooms that can’t access the internet will be shown as DeviceOfflline in the app. Also, your devices won’t be able to access their Smart Schedules. They’ll continue to operate with the last active setting until the internet connection is restored.
Similarly, any changes made to the app settings will only take effect when the internet connection is restored.
